Winners for the 32nd Annual Sports Emmy® Awards were announced today in New York City at the Frederick P. Rose Hall in Time Warner Center.
24/7 PENGUINS/CAPITALS: ROAD TO THE NHL WINTER CLASSIC received one Sports Emmy Award. The award is for the following category:

Opinion: I think they should have won more Emmy Awards though! 27/7 was such a fantastic show and really brought hockey to a new level to all sports fans. I'm sure that I would have watched no matter which teams were involved, however, am very happy that the Washington Capitals were selected.
