Capitals Playoff Games to be Broadcast on 106.7 FM The Fan
Caps Playoff Games to be heard in Baltimore, Fredericksburg, Roanoke, Lexington, Lynchburg and Charlottesville
ARLINGTON, Va. – For the fourth consecutive season, the Washington Capitals Stanley Cup playoff games will be broadcast on WJFK-FM, 106.7 The Fan. All of the Capitals playoff games will be on the Capitals’ flagship stations, Caps Radio 1500. The Fan will carry select games, complete with pre- and postgame shows during the playoffs.
"Washington is truly becoming 'America's Hockey Capital,' and our listeners expect excellent Capitals coverage,” said Chris Kinard, 106.7 The Fan’s program director. “We're excited to bring Caps playoff hockey to FM for the fourth consecutive year.”
The Capitals Stanley Cup playoff games will also be broadcast on Fox 1370 Sports Radio in Baltimore and 95.6 FM and 1350 AM The Game in Fredericksburg, Va. Both stations have been broadcasting Caps regular season games this season and will continue through the Capitals run to the Stanley Cup. WBRG 104.5 and 1050 in Roanoke, Lexington, Lynchburg and Charlottesville will also pick up the Caps playoff games.

The Capitals recently clinched a playoff spot for the fourth consecutive season and are now tied for first place in the Eastern Conference.
