There was a great article by Thomas Heath in the Washington Post on Monday about Caps Owner Ted Leonsis and his success.
Ted Leonsis said that networking and cultivating influencers have been keys to his success.
"If you don't have good connections, good networks, nothing will happen." Leonsis still follows his own advice. "Enjoy it and use it as a way to get to network," he said. "No job is too small to covet."
